What does "phone calls/virtual care" mean??
These are the days I am not in the office but available for advice by phone. If needed I will bring you in the next day. Also, if I feel you should be seen in person that day I will arrange for my colleague to see you on the same day! Also, if you call and you and the front staff agree your issue requires a same day in person appointment, the front staff will book you with one of my colleagues in person on the same day. Hope this makes sense!
Remember when I am away do not go to other walk in clinics, if needed my colleagues are available to see you!
