Welcome to the Dr. Tom Anastasios Leventis' medical office.  He graduated Medical School at the University of Toronto in 2000.  He completed his residency at the University of Toronto in 2002.  He has been practicing full time family medicine since 2005 in Oak Ridges.  He also practices in the emergency department part time.

He strives to provide the latest health care information to families like yours.  His goal is to offer the best advice and most current news to keep your family as healthy and safe as possible.

Dr. Leventis practices within the Oak Ridges Medical Family Health Organization.  As a group we are available 7 days per week.

Dr. Leventis is in the office 3-4 days per week.  He is available by phone the days he is not in the office if needed.  See his up to date hours.  (click on Hours above)

Walk-ins will be accommodated if possible but please try and call 1st and make an appointment, as patients with appointments take priority.  Walk-ins should generally be for “minor issues.”

Common Uninsured Services (not covered by OHIP):

Drivers physical: $200.00

Travel Vaccine administration: $30.00

Travel Advice: $100.00

TB shot/test for work: $60.00 

Skin Tag removal: minimum $60 (depends on number removed)

Excision of subcutaneous skin lesion: minimum $75.00 (non cancerous), pre cancer/cancerous skin lesions removal covered by OHIP and usually referred to specialist

Wart Treatment (non plantar): $25.00
